A label mainstay, Sully follows up his previous WAKAAN release with a polished new EP, Hardwire. Now shaping what the Sully project looks and sounds like, the five-track body of work covers all the bases, including grand melodic bass anthems, danceable bass-infused house, and second time collaborative vocalists Taylr Renee and the Acturians. Having already laid the groundwork, Hardwire offers a heavy emphasis on Sully’s one of a kind calibrated sound design with sharp percussion and complex emotion evoking drops, only adding to his steadily growing goldmine of a discography.

With Electric Zoo, Imagine, Evolutions, and WAKAAN Festival under his belt from September alone, Sully’s next appearances are currently slated for Bass Country: Halloween and Liquid Stranger’s three-night run at Mission Ballroom. With TBA dates already in the books for next year, 2023 is shaping up to position Sully directly at the crux of the bass music scene.
