about
On the heels of their most recent celestial collaboration, “Potions,” featured on LSDREAM’s venerated PEACE LOVE & WUBZ album, Liquid Stranger and LSDREAM coalesce once again with new single “Take a Trip.” Forthcoming on Liquid Stranger’s anticipated B A L A N C E LP, the fan favorite ID puts forth what can only be described as a sonic labyrinth. Engulfed in an ornate landscape of sensory-stimulating low end basslines and spiraling arpeggios, “Take a Trip” takes its rightful place as an immediate classic in both artists’ discographies.
Longtime friends, labelmates, and frontrunners in the freeform bass scene, Liquid Stranger just concluded his triumphant nationwide B A L A N C E tour in correspondence with the LP release, while LSDREAM is currently embarked upon his PEACE LOVE & WUBZ tour. Both artists are slated to perform at a number of large scale festivals throughout the year, including Liquid Stranger at Sunset Music Festival, EDC Las Vegas, Summer Camp, Electric Forest, WAKAAN Music Festival, Elements Festival, and LSDREAM at Forbidden Kingdom Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, Electric Forest, and more.
Quote: “Sami is not only one of my favorite beings, but he’s also one of the easiest for me to collaborate with. When we get in the studio together, everything seems to align and our music just flows together. We have so much fun and are still able to learn from one another throughout the process. ‘Take a Trip’ is meant to be a dancefloor banger, but also has some introspectiveness to it, so I don’t want that to be overlooked.”

I can't stop listening to this album. It's so good. So many different amazing songs. Yheti can turn such small amounts of time into massive complex journeys. Signals from above grew on me over time a great deal and I think that is always a special and mysterious thing. voidhaven
I don't need the members of any community discarded and body othered as a bitch, thanks of the trees for helping me realize there's no point in bass music that I need to hear someone slip the word into my eardrum. cya. BeatsaNdBuds
This EP was my introduction to both Truth and DDD, and also the release that sparked my deep interest for the oldschool sound of dubstep. S/o to The Dub Rebellion for their upload of "Devils Game" - been a huge fan of Truth and this label ever since. So happy to have snagged the 12" as well, makes it all even more special owning a physical copy of it ♡ ECCENTRIC VIBRATION
